They look pretty much exactly the same like dustys but I dont believe any of you thought that up without some sort of inspiration from some other area. I cant remember what game Ive seen that bottle type in though other than zelda.

Well when I did mines I decided to take the bottle that's provided in levels/weapons and 'spruce' it up a bit. But ya, it was inspired by Zelda. As for other games, I can't really say I've seen it anywheres else.

...no o.0 I modeled mine after ones from Zelda, but it ended up looking a bit short due to the 32x32 icon size, rather than a the longer looking ones from Zelda.

I do love the smoothness of dithering.

It's not an edit though, I admit it does look pretty similar (other than the whole octagonal part)

Hate to drag this on, but I noticed this in my picture...the lineart of vash's is less than a pixel off of Dusty's!!!! the same with the shading...where the dither is on vash's is where the transitions on dusty's occur.

The difference in their lineart...in fact the top of the bottle is just moved one pixel inwards.

...seriously? What the ****. I hope my new version is more different, though. o.0 I honestly did not mean for that to happen. o_O The shading is different in more ways than just dithering, though...

Ah, well. Either way there's enough difference to not say it's ripped. Light-source from the top-left is very common, so ya. I'd say this is more along 'inspiration' than anything, even on a subconscious level. If so, I'm flattered, if not, then I guess my technique isn't all that unique. But I don't think it's a rip at all.
I do like the way you have the highlight that follows the curve at the top of the bottle. However, I don't think the highlight is quite strong enough, as glass tends to reflect great portions of light back. As of right now, it looks really soft, and not shaped enough, though I don't know if adding those changes will make it look more like mines.
