Im getting frustrated
It seems to me that every human being and their dog is trying to make a server.

Why is everyone splitting up and doing their own thing? Nothing will EVER be done if no-one cooperates. To make a server, there is much organization and planning needed. Most of these playerworlds are out of the blue and written quickly in a word format trying to impress the online forums!!!!!

Why doesn't every just quit, reform and make a successful server.

Im pretty sure none of you have seen a server with over 30 staff members...
DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO COMPLETE A SERVER WITH 30 ACTIVE STAFF MEMBERS?

Probably about a month or 2, Depending on the idea!!!

COMPARED TO 3 YEARS OF NOTHING BUT SLOW FREAKIN' PROGRESS!

I can bet you a penny that the staff team on Mythic is more productive in a week then 80% of the servers are in a month. 20% of good working servers isn't that bad, considering how many newbs that owns servers.

I already stated why this happens.

It's because every 14-18 year old on the internet is the most creative person alive, and clearly has a much better vision of what a good server is than everyone else who is currently trying to make one.

They also totally won't bow to anyone else's authority, or be told what to do, because they are obviously above this.

The only solution for them is to create their own server so their genius is not supressed.

I do it to develop my skills and try to pull it off for the first reason of Inspiration.
And because of the stupid standard staff persons on most servers who do ****.

Actually, let those stupid 14-18 y.o's waste their money, since we ALL know that 12 y.o's are so much better than them!

Read as:

I do it because I'm good and know/can get easily good staff. Those 14-18 y.o people just do it to be the top of a development project.

True for what YOU know of me

I've worked on many servers and have been friends with many people... The only reason I'm not on those "many servers" is because those 14-18 year olds can't handle it

If it wasn't the things above, I also knew MANY MANY MANY people before the time I even STARTED working on ANY playerworld OR do ANY time of graphic/staff work.

Because everyone wants to be manager. The people making servers are (my guess) mostly n00bs and they want power. They won't work together because

1) Only one will be manager
2) Most of them are useless anyway
3) People will have clashing ideas which will lead to them splitting up anyway.

Ever since they released this PAY 4 UR OWN SERVR LOL system only one server actually made it...and that's Zodiac.

No. Before it was a privilege to have a test server, only the servers with most potential (all done offline) were given one.

Who really gives a ****? Honestly, there wont be a new server comming up on the next century.
Why? Because no one wants to leave their space, it isn't like the good ol days when you saw Andor with 10 people online 5 being RC and 5 idling otherwise no one online.

Tajia let me use his server for my purposes. My first act of business was to remove every single member of staff. They wasted so much time on pointless things.

I don't allow staff weapons and I most certainly do not allow random mismatching levels on a gmap which is 2348723 x 23409872 in size. I'm doing all the scripting (so much faster then 5 nats at once for some reason) and I also do the hiring.

I keep the control .
