Well just to let you know this is how i would do it if i was king

First a king would be voted upon and the winner would then choose a queen

The king and queen would then choose a prince and/or princess

Then they would choose a council and guards etc.

Then the council would then make all other necessary decisions while the king can veto any decision unless the council is unanimous.

Well..
If I were king I would not let them jsut pick anyone cuz they might make them pick there friends, I would allow some sort of tryout to test if they have the ability, test there fighting skills and stuff. I would choose my queen of course but that would be it, maybe just maybe I would let the queen choose a prince and have the prince handle gaurds

Actually here is my staff if my queen would agree

King - Me

Queen - dunno

Prince - Vermain

Head of Council - Tybalt/THT no matter which (i may dislike THT but i respect the fact that he does RP well)

Head religious dude/archbishop/minister - Dante

General - not really sure yet.

BTW none of these people are really good friends of mine. I just met dante and vermain i met just a few months ago and we hardly talk.
