RC2 Bug

RC2 after atleast 20 mins of it running will cause the the process "explorer.exe" to use 90 - 100 cpu power and start lagging the computer, this is on Windows XP on a 2.6 GHz Celeron (eww) computer. 720 mb DDR RAM.
