I don't know if I technically have the authority to reveal this vital clue about Snowflake Day, but I will say...

It will probably (70-85% chance) happen BEFORE a Graal Kingdoms reset and may even (50-60% chance) happen before Era becomes Graal's first playerworld with a pink monochromatic tileset.
