I don't believe what I'm hearing (well seeing). First your playerworld splits up, then Wan decides he'll continue with it, and then you and the owner give him the boot and take all his work and call it your own? If he made the content, he can use it in whatever fashion he pleases. By hiding behind a technicality, I don't know whether to call you a coward, or a hypocrite.

[edit response]Maniaman, I would agree with you if he made a small bit, but as it stands, he made a large portion (not all, but quite a bit of it from what I've heard) and if he wishes to take his work with him, I wouldn't stop him. Now the server has the 'taint' of stolen levels, which will leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth.
