Instead of just considering us the annoying players who don't follow the rules, I'll wonder if she ever opens her eyes and actually tries listening...or is she really that blind?

She treats us like kids. Whatever we say we are wrong and she is right. Then she say's open a support ticket.. like that ever does anything. When we ask her a question she don't give us sufficient answers.

It's kinda like saying:

Me: Hey can I go over Mykel's house?
Moon: No!
Me: Why?
Moon: Because I said so.

EXACTLY.

And to her credit, there are many members that have to be treated this way, and probably should be treated this way, but that doesn't mean you make the rest of us pay. It's incredibly aggravating to be looked down upon as if someone else is better than us.

Moonie, I'm not saying you consciously make a decision to be-little us, it's just the way it comes off.

Trust me when I say this, she views every forum member as a kid that needs some sort of parental guidance.
