I forum PM'ed you that answer, besides the fact that common sense should tell you that a birthday thread is not the appropriate place to discuss what was being discussed.

She treats us like kids. Whatever we say we are wrong and she is right. Then she say's open a support ticket.. like that ever does anything. When we ask her a question she don't give us sufficient answers.

It's kinda like saying:

Me: Hey can I go over Mykel's house?
Moon: No!
Me: Why?
Moon: Because I said so.

EXACTLY.

And to her credit, there are many members that have to be treated this way, and probably should be treated this way, but that doesn't mean you make the rest of us pay. It's incredibly aggravating to be looked down upon as if someone else is better than us.

Moonie, I'm not saying you consciously make a decision to be-little us, it's just the way it comes off.

Yes but Darlene159, the deletion reasons are there for a reson. And it would be better if you provided a little more detail.

It always seemed pretty clear to me, at least with Moonie doing the deletions.

Although, I think the point of the details is to let the person that's posting know in very few words why the post was deleted.

If it isn't understandable, then I believe that would be an excellent opportunity to use the support center.

I am sure if a person sent a ticket, that person would in return receive an answer.

Once again, this shouldn't have to be done. We are paying or have payed to play this game. We should not have to make a great effort to see why our posts were deleted. It's called customer service. You are supposed to please the people who are playing your game, not the other way around.

We don't have to prove anything to you. The Admins, however, are supposed to treat the customers with respect until they are given respect. What happened to "The Customer is always right?"

Only in America, and sometimes not even there.

My motto is simple. "Don't like our service take your money and shove it and I hope you choke on it." I don't think Graal can operate this way as I doubt they have a good number of customers coming in right now, but imagine if they did. A whole lot of you would probably be pissed.

Graal's motto is similar except it is more along the lines of "Here kids. Run my forums, run my game. Let your greatest fantasies and power trips run wild. And if they don't like it.
... silence them... Oh and no refunds."

I'm not saying all the mods do it, but that ability is there for them and the potential for more to come in continues as long as players are allowed to manage most of the game.
