Suggestion/Bug: Alt+3 mini-map

When you press alt+3 to hide the mini-map and put your mouse over where the mini-map was, it still pops up that box that shows the account names. I usually turn off the mini-map so that I don't have to see those names when I go to click a private message. Can you make it so that it hides the names when you disable the mini-map like in v2 again?
