lol, well it said games, and I took it for what it said. $25 may seem kind of cheap, but you need to look at the quality of the game. Graal is an "ok" game, I'd definetely buy it out of the bargain bin if it were boxed, but other games that charge a bit more are higher quality and more fun.

Also, this unixmad talks about how you only pay $25 for access to the gold and whatever, but what about the MMORPG games that charge you one time and give you everything for life?

Lets not call it VIP lets call it "DONATE TO CYBERJOUEURS" okay? Any how about this 10 dollars for your first feature, 2 dollars for your second and 1.25 for every feature after that. And that way, you choose what you get and stuff.

I am a college student who works for a local television show, I get payed plenty, I go to college for pretty much free, I have plenty of cash.

Anyway, yes, these days the only package that is actually worth anything is the Gold package, unless you are a developer, then VIP is SLIGHTLY worth it. But they need to lower the price or give the subscribers something to write home about.

A privilege? I don't think that buying something like Graal 3D (which is pretty much the only perk for non-devs to be VIP's) is a "privilege", it is a PURCHASE. Whoever pays for it pretty much owns the right to play that game as long as it is up. I think the people who are really privileged are the people who make Graal, the privilege of having the ability to persuade people to buy a whole bunch of nothing.

i dont think i should have to pay for VIP service to develop a playerworld where its purpose in the long run is to make CyberJ more money. Its like were paying you money to build your game for you. see what im saying? i dont care about the benefits asociated with vip, i just want to work on my PW.

Good point, haro. You have to pay for "server space", but then you have to pay for a VIP upgrade to actually be able to get on what you payed for. Its just not cool.

I don't agree. His comment "sux ass" does not include any constructive criticisism at all. He is basically telling people that it's crap which it's not and so it is an unneeded comment. VIP is mainly an option for people who already have a classic account and want access to private servers, full access to the forum, want to create guilds, have some simple webhosting, test new Graal technology or games hosted by us. It is normal that all few years we need to raise the price, when the costs are raising and the dollar is falling. But we try to only raise the price by a few dollars and try to give you more for the money you pay.

In the near future, VIP Members will also enjoy special prices on Graal Merchandise and Graal Gold subscription, as well as be able to participate in reserved in-game events and use special items.

I've been with graal for 3 years now, and i haven't heard anything about the above mentioned. Are they planing to implement it withing the next 2-3 years or is this benefict dead?

This way, people will see something like:

In my opinion I do not think that graal understands how much it is asking people to pay. Yes, you might have a few extra options or even have zone as a server but this is ridiculous. If your going to ask people to pay this much you better start becoming aware of the corruptness going around on the majority of the servers.

They chose a plan name based on what they thought best fit the pricing, why not change gold to plantium who knows? A question like that is self explanitory.

I disagree. I just upgraded to VIP and not Gold because that's all I want; access to new features and very occasional Gold access.
