Better Bows and Item-to-Item-Trading

Several things have been added or improved on Graal Kingdoms:
On the main island there are new trading houses where you can trade items for items instead of items for money - you click with the mouse on a trade table, put items on the left and right side of the table and and click on the green flag. You can cancel the trade at any time by clicking on the red flag.

The bows have been enhanced - you can move while shooting and shoot quite fast. Also you can get back arrows that are stuck in monsters by killing them.
The damage of weapons when fighting player vs player has been slightly modified to be more balanced - the chance to hit with a lot of damage has been reduced.
