Now the real question is, what cuts mustard =O!!
Babylon is an ok playerworld, sure it has broken a PWA rule (probably more) but
1) It's staff aren't corrupt. If they are the manager(s) actually -do-something about it.
2) Players can get their playerhouses/guild houses/misc things like cafes and probably inns uploaded easily. As long as it complies with babylon's standards and fits into the rules.
I can't think of much right now, god im tired and bored.
