Guilds & NPC's

I have two questions.
Are players allowed to make guilds, and guildhouses for Graal2001? If so who do we contact?
And are there personal NPC's?
Like, not doing things like hurting people or healing you, but just npc's that set your gani.
Such as an NPC that has a gani of you on a broom in the air with a shadow under it, just like walking.
Or a gani of them doing a spell, or using a weapon, It could be a folder in the Q menu, just a little thing of Gani NPC's that players sent in, useful in RP's. |
