Anyway e-mail is fine enough, or support center. Every reply you make, every support you create sends an e-mail to us, so we know of your support ticket.
Its just an extra support method, which doesn't have much of a purpose. Most of the admins have: ICQ, AIM, E-mail, Forum PM, In-Game PM, Support Center. I think thats enough ways to contact admins?
