New Leadership not working at all

The current state of Crescent Pirates is ridiculous. The only people who seem to care for the RPing world in CP now are myself and the Rackham family. Here's a run down of what's wrong with the 3 highest-ranking people in Crescent Pirates right now.

Valder - He's the leader of the kingdom, or rather Governor. He is not and probably cannot spend much/any time on Graal. He said he has computer problems. I think he hasn't posted on the forums lately either. He gave his notice of having to be inactive over 20 days ago. He did come on, and adressed a problem or two somewhat, but didn't stay on long enough to discuss other issues at hand.

TifaKhan - She's the second in command, as a Governess. She is just as inactive as Valder. According to her and other members, you must find her yourself by going to Doomsday if you need action to be taken. She has come online on GK only a little more if not as much as Valder since he gave his notice of not being able to be on much.

Cecilia (account: GoGetter) - This young child seems to be the last person of the rank Captain who has been active. As of late, she hasn't be so active on the kingdom tag either. She has even been seen using strange nicknames such as "Ject's Girl (Crescent Pirates)" and "Princess Cecilia [Nighthawks]". I supposed that means she is also a princess of the Nighthawks, an RPing group that has proved itself to not be worthy of beeing taken seriously. Cecilia does not even have much power and has to get TifaKhan to do things when she needs something done (adding or removing members).

As you can see, what happened is this: A new leadership is formed. Some things occur for a few days, boosting up the activity of the Crescent Pirates. Then, the leader leaves. Activity gradually goes down. And now we're at where we are now.

So, basically, as of now, the Crescent Pirates consist of myself (character: Raghnro Diomora) and the Rackham family (I may as well get into the family at this point, but I won't). Most, if not all of us all, have past experience being pirates. And we are all simply non-leading members. We have all taken notice of how poorly things are being run and are not very happy about it. A kingdom should not have its members left all alone.

I do realize this same scenario can be found in almost every kingdom, but right now the pirates is our problem to deal with first. We request that something be done to fix up our kingdom, whether the solution be that we get help from an outside source or even someone with more power.
