Goodbye Graal, i'm going to rediscover my legs.
I walked outside tonight, looked up at the beautiful stars, and just walked and walked and walked.
I cried too, because its the end of an era for me and for Doomsday.
After much soul searching and tears, i have decided to close Doomsdays doors for the last time.
Why you may ask, when there is someone that could take over?
Zenko is a wonderful person, but with me goes Dusty and Unholy Paladin has also left.
Doomsday will be crippled.
I lost all hope when i was forced to delete the only new thing that i thought would bring back players, because with that i had nothing else to offer.
Some may scoff and say it's easy being a Manager, but its not.
I came to Doomsday as a simple happy person who became a FAQ Cadet (shock horror to those that didnt know)Yes just a humble FAQ Cadet.
I loved every minute of it, helping players, laughing (yes they even said i laughed too much) One day i said, "Fine i wont laugh again!" lasted about 20 minutes? lol
Anyway, i moved up in ranks to FAQ Chief which was challenging, and when Baraka made owner i wanted to be Admin , but he in his kindness thought it was cruel to heap more pressure/stress on me and refused.
After he pass Doomsday to Avppow, he made me Co Manager and there began my learning process again.
In time i became Manager and now, two years later, i say farewell.
From my heart i thank every single person that has ever been a part of Doomsday, be you player, ET,GP,FAQ, ex Owners, original Founders/builders of this wonderful server that brought happiness to me and many others.
Kaimetsu please remove me as Moderator of the forums.
Stefan please answer my forum pm.
