Payment statement appears on credit card, either it fraudulent (somebody else using your cc code/number) or it be a mistake, your bank has the ability to simply, NOT pay...
Of course the simply application of the brain cells would point out that, Toran either did not have permission to do this, or did not want to do this...
Simply put, there is no proof of CC fraud, so until proven guilty, Innocent by all charges...

He reserved the charges on his own account, When he upgraded Ghost Pirate and when buying stuff from Koni. What confuses me is where is he getting this credit card to reverse the charges on over and over when he is only 16 or so? |
