Forum- Possible Bug When Changing Avatars

Well, I was going to change my avatar like I normally do:

Profile> Edit Options>Change Avatar>...

Everything goes as planned, except when I click Submit Modifications. My broswer brings me to a screen that shows:

"If you have forgotten your username or password, you can request to have your username emailed to you and to reset your password. When you fill in your registered email address, you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password."

I tried re-logging in, entering my e-mail, but it won't let me change my avatar. I guess it's no big deal, but is anyone else having this problem?
