Playerlist/PMs and Rc improvement

Add a feature to disable PMs and/or the player list, allowing us to script a new one. Community is great, but there are things like markets and group meetings and such, and PMs make communication to simple. If people want to speak, they should have to find each other...*cough* well I mean that is how I want it in my PW. So, I think this feature would be useful to new-age PWs...

Also, for RC, a easier way for discussion. Basicly (and Stefan will know what I mean) it should work like the discussion client, for NewWorld. Allowing the making of threads, and comments can be made on them. The threads can have variable sub topics, like Title, Description, Use, and other attributes. From there, other members of a PW staff can post comments with improvements, add ons, changes, and whatever else they need to say. Currently, I use a system like this only using the FTP and text documents, and it is very difficult to get the hang of. Even when you do have the hang of it, it is easily possible to orverwrite other peoples writings and such. Most people don't care about planning, or story discussion, but I do, and if this feature was implemented, other PWs would as well. I think this small feature could greatly improve PWs, and make communicated among other members easier.

(Actually, all around, I think RC should be made more like Discussion Client, allowing the owner to leave newsletters for staff, PMs that are stored on the server (so they can read when you are not offline), and other features like that. This will allow for more planning, communication, and all around improve the ease of developement and planning)
