Easy Graal Messenger Upgrade

AIM and ICQ both seem to have fairly simple HTML codes to open windows and start messaging....
What if in the PM window, there was an option to Use ICQ?
If the player in question has their ICQ number listed in their profile, and the sender clicks the Use ICQ option, it sends the message text through ICQ instead. And if the player's offline, Use ICQ is the default.
Then all you'd need to do is set the profile up with the option Only let people on my buddy list see my ICQ Number, and you're set. You can send messages from Graal to people who aren't currently on Graal, etc.
I don't know how easy it would be to make it work backwards as well though...recieve ICQ messages in Graal...but really, who'd want to? |
