Unless SG111 made a humongous decision and decided to start up the Soundoff again (which, according to him in words conveyed from him by Trevor, he is not going to), then there IS no SG111 Soundoff.
Of course, I don't know as much as I used to as I'm not a sneakysneaky undercover person in the anti-Graal movement anymore.
