Shipyards

Each kingdom should have one shipyard on their island, ships could be parked in here (only by kingdom members) to be kept safe from random people stealing their navy, but the ships can still be destroyed. You could have maybe only four ships in there at a time. It could look something like the Human Shipyards do in Warcraft 2
