And if you want to get technical, I didn't really ask him to be harmed, I asked him to get hit by a bus. If I said "please get hit by a bus so your head flys off" then yes, that would be wishing him harm. I could wish him to get hit by a bus and not get harmed, (yes that is possible) but i didnt specify whether I wanted him to or not.
I believe this rule applies here..

There is no way you can justify this statement , it is not construtive , it was a nasty statement and there is no way around it and the warning will stand unless Konidias says otherwise..
