Mods and Players and should read this.

Here are a few suggestions, mods/players(and Unixmad, but in all likelyhood he won't read this).
You have to be reasonable. If there is no forum to post important things/complaints that have no particular topic, make one. The logical thing that would automatically lure people to post stuff like that on the 2001 forums is because they are the most active.
Therefore, you shouldn't take such a harsh stance against people who post things here if they are out of context. They may be confused as where to post their message. I don't believe talking down to them and/or warning them and sometimes deleting their message is appropriate action. Simply forum PM them their mistake and move it to the appropriate forum. If they continue to place similar threads on the 2001 forums, then a warning is merited.
As customers of the Cyberjouers business, the people have a right to post their concerns about the company(rather they should have). Perhaps if the management were a little more understanding and kind to the players?
I realize that all the fault does not lie on the management. Indeed, I've seen many players who act unreasonably. However, I don't believe you should take out acts of aggression against the responsible people. If you wish to do that to people who just strive to cause trouble, fine.
Additionally, on the issue of moderators swearing. This should be an extreme no-no, under any circumstances. Moderators are there to prevent people from breaking rules, not to break rules themselves. Swearing only proves that you are not the right person for the job. You should be able to put up with abuse, because it IS only a game. If the abuse gets out of hand, warn the abusers that they should stop or face consequences.
Graal is a game. People need to realize it is a game. People who get worked up over it need to take a nice break and get some air. Moderators are here to help and provide assistance, not be your enemy. If you treat people with respect, they will treat you with respect. If you have bad history with someone, don't make it the future too. Don't make sure that someone gets their comings, make sure you don't earn any yourself.
I'm sure people who consider buying Graal read the forums before they purchase their account. If they read posts that had the above standards applied to them, then they would be alot more encouraged then seeing players bash moderators and eachother, and moderators bashing players.
