I think the PWA needs to make a set of remake rules, when I was looking at sanstrata(before I forwarded it) I saw many things that made me relize we needed more rules.

Many of those NPCs were made by prozac, and when I asked a member of the staff team, prozac was not helping on the server.

I'm thinking we need a rule that will require the old owner's permission IF the owner shut the server down and had a valid reason to do so. I don't think not getting the permission would prevent a server from being re-made, but it should play a role somewhere.

Another one would deal with old NPCs and Levels made by members of the old server.

I'll talk to Toran and Aftershock on AIM when I see them about it.

What about in cases like Elven Lands? That jerk HEYhost took over SOMEHOW that's STILL not explained by even the oldbiest of EL players all we know is SOMEHOW Kamikaze disappeared and HEYhost came and screwed it all up. 'Sides he didn't do ANY of the work on there :/
