I agree with this rule, *if* the old owner made all of the npc's and levels himself. Because if another staff member made the stuff, it should be his say not the old owner's... When Delteria got put back up (although we were not considered a remake), we didn't use any of the stuff that Ice supposedly made, so I don't see why it's okay for other servers to try to submit the server with old stuff on it (without the old owner's permission)
