How exactly are you supposed to become part of the PWA team? You say if you ask to become part of the team, you get blacklisted. What other way is there? Besides a**-kissing your way into the team, there isn't much of a choice. I just don't see how that is a good formula for hiring people.

Basically you have to kiss some rear, and try to show off at how good you are at reviewing pw's? Either that, or be friends with the staff I'm guessing.
