Commands.rtf work.

Well I have gotten somewhere on commands.rtf, i am being very neat about it..
I'll post it, and you can get it, I'll finish it in full probably by thrus and it'll be leet.

[EDIT] I hope everyone noticed that I posted a new one, its how far i have gotten, I am also planning on releasing a npc-server documentation.[ /EDIT]
