I really don't understand this

So many people try to get tags for a guild before doing any recruiting, but why should they get tags for a guild when they do not have a guild, they only want a guild but cannot get members.
Asking for support has become enough of an annoyance as it is, from annoying PMs in Graal2k1 to spam on the forum, should it all be stopped? The fact that the "guild" needing support is a classic, or any non p2p server guild means abslolute zero. This annoyance has gone from PMs to spam, what is next? I know it's hard to get members without tags, I know that because most graalians are craven little cowards who are afraid to join an unofficial guild as if it has no future since it has no tags. Tags don't make a guild, members do. A guild without members is not a guild at all, so why should it get tags before it has any members?
