I spent the morning tweaking my new raffle script, and finally finished it.
The raffle guy is located north of bomboria (left of kingdom games building) You can buy tickets there, as many as you want, to try and win the prize.
Right now there is a green hud hat up for grabs. The raffle will end at about 9pm eastern time tonight. There are 400 tickets to start, going at 15 gralat a piece.
