This is an annoying problem

More often then not since about a week ago, whenever I log on the forums, browsing them, going back and forth through pages. It'll give me a crapy old page instead of the new updated one. One time I was logged in as the account "Evildredd" atleast it said I was, then I refreshed and was back to Graal518.

Note this has nothing to do with my internet settings, I never changed a thing and experimented to see if it was the problem already.
