My Anger, i thought i would talk......

Ok i thought i would post this because i have a big anger problem. I just wanted to tell you all that if some how i get really angry please anything i say i may not mean, im trying to control it and its a big problem in my family. Sorry for every getting mad and getting really carred away with yelling.

I am working on my anger problem and trying to minimize it. It has become a big problem because i start saying things that i shouldnt be saying at all. So i just thought i would bring it up to you all that its not hard to make me mad, though i have made it harder to make me mad it will still happen. Sorry all, I Shal stop it here and now.
