Too Small?

I am making a script so that my account can pick up and carry the NPC, but other accounts will get it as a weapon. This I can do, but the .gif that I want to use for the NPC seems as if it is to small for the {canbecarried;} code, because when I changed it to a bigger pic, then it would work.

So is there a size limit to what will work with the {canbecarried;} code? and if so, what is the size limit?
