Globals Harrassing

A few days ago one of my staff members (a female) was talking to Nemesis. They were just talking as friends, and then she sent her picture to him and he started getting kind of into it. First he said shes hot (nothing bad). After he was saying she turns him "on", then he started asking her stuff like if she touches herself and all that. She was refusing saying that she wont answer that and all. So he was begging for a bit and when she still refused he got mad and went to bed.
She tried talking to Loriel about it. Loriel said he would talk to him, he might of I dont know. But he isnt doing anything about it, ill tell you that much.

Anyways, today Nemesis goes and says hes joking but this isnt the first time this has happened.
He has done it before, specially on RC chat on Npulse, from what I heard.

Well my staff member is thinking about quitting Graal b/c of this. Since this is basically sexual harrasment and also he is getting away with it b/c hes a global.

This may sound dumb but its true. I didnt wanna post this and just get it straightened out but as you can see it cant happen that way so I just wanted to let you people know.

And also dont go and say "oh you just dont like him and you are trying to get him fired.". To tell you the truth I didnt like him before, but we were talking on Rc chat on UN and I had nothing against him till this happened.
