Mithica...hmm

I was on Mithica and I saw my friend Mehido I asked him a question and he wouldn't answer and he was unpaused and main town so I ask him if he could please answer then it comes up "Disconnected by Adminstartor" i go to LOG back on and it says
"The ip of your computer is banned"
