Smamming, being Legal.. let me clarify...

What dissapoints me is peoples use of the word legal...
People say oh.. well Scamming is legal if police arent looking,
what kind of whack is that! A crime is a crime is a crime no matter who is watching or not watching. Scamming is not punishable by Graal Law if a Police didnt see, but you are still commiting a crime,
your an un-touchable criminal, you did a crime, but you cant be punished due to lack of evidence...
so Scamming is illegal no matter whose looking,
you just cant get jailed if police werent looking,
I hope that clears it all up...
I mean its not like this changes the whole world or anything...
or if I didnt say this something horribly bad would happen,
I just wanted to clarify...
and I know like a million of you will reply, Oh uh we knew that,
well obviously some people didnt know that...
or else there wouldnt be people saying it...
and please if I make a spelling or grammatical mistake,
dont try to look cool and point it out and say retarded things...
being as this is legible and if you cant understand it I suggest going back to 1st grade and starting school all over again!
