Within the past two weeks I have started getting sever latency issues on Graal, upwards of 1000-2000ms. It comes in bursts, lasts for a few hours then returns to normal generally within the zone of anywhere between 3pm and 11pm.
My latency on other games and my internet connection as a whole is completely fine during these periods it only happens with Graal. It's also ONLY with client and rc. If I open up command prompt and ping the server directly I get a latency of ~60ms but on RC and Client my connection is abysmal.
I've also tested on other computers and the same thing happens.
