Perhaps an extra bonus for one stat being maxed at 35 instead of 30 depending on what class you have chosen?

Barbarian - str 35

Thief - dex 35

Warrior - con 35

Scorcerer - pow 35

Priest - wis 35

Alchemist - int 35
