GMap Problems

I'm working to create the gmap for a server called Dev ParkHeights. I have followed every instruction I've found online and the only problem I'm having is it fails to let you warpto the gmap itself. You can warp to each individual level and it takes you to that level in the gmap. Also, when you summon someone to the gmap, they only see the level that you are on and not the full gmap itself. Been trying to figure this out but I need help! Thanks in advance
