Formal Declaration of War against Dustari

To the court of Dustari.

This notice is to formally announce Samurai's declaration of war upon the kingdom of Dustari. This state of war shall remain until demands set forth by Samurai in this document are met. The reasons for this declaration are as follows:
1) The permitting of hostile attacks against members of Dustari during their training exercises by the King of Dustari.
2) The harboring of war refugees from the Zormite-Samurai war, some of whom were enemy combatants.
3) Publicly insulting and attempting to deface the honor and prestige of Samurai.

The demands by Samurai to Dustari for an end to this war are as follows:
1) Abdication of the current King of Dustari from the throne and the allowance of the Tennou of Samurai to select a new leader.
2) The return of all refugees from the Zormite-Samurai war into Samurai custody.
3) Formal apology from Dustari's people to the Samurai for their public insults.

This state of war is effective immediately. Our forces are mobilizing for invasion and you have approximately eight days (6/19/2011 2:00PM EST) to submit to the demands of Samurai, or have these demands forced upon you.
