Some GK Changes, Battle System Updates

Knockback has been removed from the battle system for now. Right now we're looking into re-adding for spells.

A new UI has been added when you die allowing you to choose when you want to resurrect. This will help prevent "laming" and expands our horizon.

The cloak of nocturnal shadows has had its stats updated to include some sustenance.
