Can anyone help me find a list of the GuiWindowCtrl and GuiBitmapBorderCtrl profiles?

The built-in ones I mean. And possibly how I can change the text color as well and use custom profiles?

I checked the wiki and these forums with no luck. I'm starting to hate the blue-text-on-blue-gui thing. It makes most text hard to read unless you move the GUI over on top of some dark-colored tiles.
