Hi, I see that you are using a university connection. You may contact your university and tell them that their packet filtering methods are blocking your access. Chances are, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do about it. I personally use a VPN to connect to Graal because universities are adopting this new faulty filtering to prevent students from downloading illegal torrents.
There's already been a few threads about this, and unfortunately I've yet to find a good solution other than buy a VPN or a proxy. |
