Lag "Epidemic"

Lately we have been experiencing an enormous amount of Distant/Frequent "Lag". I first spotted this when I was in a Dungeon (Feral's Cave) and I was massing some Ferals. Quite simple right? But I would have distant lag warps and frequent lag burst within those masses. Ive noticed and a few others within the Zodiac community have been complaining and seeing this "lag". I am not very sure on what is causing this problem but all I can say is that it is effecting the players. I just have an overall suggestion maybe it will or will not work. I and iSnipe and fellow Zodiac Players are thinking a server restart is in order maybe something is acting up within the server or just outta plain curiosity that iPhone has some play to do with this. Is it just a theory of course having over 1300+ dailey could effect something with Graal itself. I am hopeing this can be fixed sooner then later since its Summer and I rather spend my butt on Zodiac (zZz).
