              disgruntled spirit who roams the graveyard

              grave the ghost will appear

              say odd things 
and run away from the grave.
DETAILS     You don't trade the book to anyone, but the book will
              let you calm the spirit in the graveyard, and giving you 
              access to his grave. When you enter the graveyard, approach
              the grave with the book and the ghost will appear, screech
              and disappear into a blinding light. Allowing you to push
              his grave, with access to steps.
PRIZE       : SHOVEL 

Random side note: I planned to have chickens get pissed off when you attacked them... but turn red and chase you then spontaneously explode, doing heavy damage. Sounds quite fitting!
