Updating Weapon overwrites weaponorder

If you have a list of weapon's to be loaded in order in the serveroptions, and update any of them, it will push them to the end of the list. This is annoying if you're working on major system weapons and they rely heavily on the order they are loaded in(like a movement system and such).
