There's no ac, no resistances, nothing. They're only good for blessing. Slap on some ac. Or give them dex or wis or something. With just one luck, they're pretty useless, might as well be craftable with that.
Wood bracers are "supposed" to be inferior to bronze, gold and ice bracers, since they cost fewer ECs to make (back in the day).
