MIDI Synth/Sequencer

it seems like Graal has always been lacking from a music standpoint and I believe a MIDI Synthesizer and Sequencer could be taken advantage of if implemented into Graal and usable by GScript

The obvious examples I can think of is Musical Instrument NPCs in game and the creation of a basic track that can have instruments added/removed based on what's happening around you (Twilight Princess made good use of such a feature by adding to music if you were fighting, riding a horse, etc)

I also know there is quite a bit of MIDI Composing software available but these tools are expensive and could be a stumbling block to servers creating original music for use in game.
