a tutorial on.... How to pillow shade? WTH

I did not make this tutorial, and i can't link to the site where i found it i guess cuz links outside the lounge aren't allowed.
so here is the tutorial itself, i did not make this, i found it on a freewebs site called spritingguides.
Apparently these people destroy nice pixel art and turn it into their own horrible pillowshaded crap.
I didn't know demon cults like this existed :s
