What destruct the most Zone Community?

I think they need to find a way to bring back old community people that left for other servers, or attract new people that won't start a ruckus over little details. Though that first idea seems utterly impossible. Iunno, I realy don't think zone can go back to the way it was when I first started (When zone was in it's "prime").
